Synopsis

Drawing inspiration from early silent cinema and European surrealism, Appliance of Science is a black and white comic film in which a new piece of medical equipment backfires in spectacular fashion. As a well meaning doctor pushes his invention further and further, order gives way to absurdity, revealing the thin line between innovation and chaos.
