Synopsis

Son follows a father and his young son as they step away from responsibility for a single day, drifting through a series of small, shared moments. Their time together unfolds quietly, shaped by movement, observation, and unspoken connection rather than conversation. Mischief and play sit alongside stillness, allowing space for tenderness to emerge without explanation. As the day progresses, the bond between them deepens through simple gestures and fleeting acts of care. Memory and presence begin to blur, turning ordinary experiences into something more reflective. When the light starts to fade, the weight of time becomes impossible to ignore. Gentle and contemplative, Son explores love, regret, and the fragile beauty of moments that cannot be repeated, inviting the audience to consider what it means to truly be there with someone, even briefly.
