Synopsis
Kalaviuka unfolds as a mythic vision set in the ancient landscape of Dunhuang, where a bird goddess awakens amid the remnants of a world long since extinguished. Surrounded by silence and ruin, she moves through a desolate wilderness that still carries echoes of life, faint sounds that suggest memory, loss, and persistence. Drawn forward by these traces, she crosses a lake formed from sorrow itself, a place where grief and reflection merge. Her journey leads her to a solitary door standing in the emptiness, a threshold that hints at forgotten power and unresolved history.
