Policies

Key policies and guidance that help keep the festival friendly, fair and safe for everyone.

Important: The versions published here are the official and most up-to-date policies.

The Festival is a trading name of Glowflare Limited (England & Wales). These policies explain how we operate and what we expect from people taking part. They apply to Festival activity and, where relevant, to Glowflare Limited. Third parties (for example venues, platforms, bloggers, or independent media) may have their own terms and legal responsibilities. Where a third party is involved, their terms may apply in addition to ours.
